About T2

T2 Development has been transforming Chicago real estate since 1998; building new homes and townhouses; converting obsolete industrial properties to office, day-care, and self-storage; and constructing new commercial buildings. Over the past 5 years, T2 Development has completed the construction of 150 new townhouses and single-family houses in Chicago.

Our current projects include the construction of 18 townhouses (Benson Place) in Bridgeport, construction of 18 luxury homes in Lakeview (18 Wolfram), and the conversion of the historic St. Anthony’s Church campus to senior and child-care facilities.

Most recently, T2 Development completed the construction of the 148-room SpringHill Suites in Chinatown, on Wentworth Ave. “one of the 33 coolest streets in the world” by Time Out Magazine.
